Research Interests

LC/MS-based screening for bioactive metabolites from invertebrates (insects and other arthropods) and invertebrate-associated microorganisms, using approaches such as HPLC/QTOF-ESI-HR-MS and HPLC/ion-trap-MS. Chemical and structural characterization of bioactive metabolites by mass spectrometry. The identification and characterization of bioactive metabolites from nematophagous, insecticidal and fungicolous fungi, and non-ribosomal peptide antibiotics(peptaibiotics) from fungi.
